All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. svs96 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are credited to your account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. svs96 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within sixty (60) minutes; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
svs96 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected. Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where an account has outstanding verification requirements.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be subject to the exchange rates in effect at the time of the transaction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. svs96 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a User has engaged in abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. svs96 reserves the right to restrict, modify, or withdraw bonus eligibility for any account at its discretion, particularly where professional or systematic betting behaviour is identified. Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
svs96 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the bet is placed following an event's commencement in live betting markets where the outcome is known or reasonably predictable; (b) the applicable odds were manifestly incorrect; (c) the bet is suspected to be fraudulent or placed in bad faith; or (d) system errors resulted in incorrect odds or markets being displayed.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all products, including sports betting, live casino, and slots. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at svs96's discretion. Account-level stake limits may also be applied in certain circumstances.
All sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events, are governed by the specific betting rules for each sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, svs96's decision shall be final and binding.
All live casino games are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, etc.) as determined by the game studio provider. In the event of technical malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the svs96 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
All content on the svs96 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout, is the proprietary property of svs96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of svs96.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, svs96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
svs96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability — particularly during high-traffic events such as EPL matchdays and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures — temporary downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control may occur.
svs96's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, svs96 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real money funds and bonus funds.

Before closing your account, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be resolved and any applicable withdrawals completed. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing international online gaming operations.
